Packages Lost In Transit:

If your order is lost in transit, waniya.pk will investigate with the Shipping carrier. It may take 2-3 days for this process. If the package is still not located, we will issue/offer a replacement.

International Orders:

Once an order is placed, it is validated and forwarded to the processing department. Usually, it takes about 4-5 working days for the order to be shipped to international destination,

International Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated on destination, size and weight of your order. The prices may vary courier to courier.

Custom duties & Import Taxes:

Waniya.pk has no control over custom duties or taxes applied by the country of international customer. Any custom duties, taxes or import charges applied by the respective country will be borne by the customer. Waniya.pk shall not be responsible for paying off any kind of taxes or import duties.

Payment through Credit Card:

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system has to go through a fraud status check, and shall only be processed once cleared by our payment processor. The order shall be considered canceled if the fraud status is not passed.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return / refund of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

By agreeing to use our recommended logistics services you acknowledge that we have no control over the functionality and effectiveness of the shipment and delivery services. We will not be liable, whether directly or otherwise for any delay or failure in delivery of the products. You agree to discharge, without limitation, the Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and affiliates from and against any claim or liability arising due to interrupted, erroneous and negligent logistics services.
Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. We are unable to cater the cancellation request, once the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via email. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Waniya may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons includes:

• The item is out of stock
• Pricing errors
• Miscellaneous
Refund and exchanges
• Items purchased at Waniya E-Store can be exchanged from Waniya e-store within 15 days from the date of purchase. Invoice / bill number must be shown at the time of exchange.
• Refund / replacement / return of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged then you can return it to Waniya head office for replacement / return / refund immediately after receiving. Prior to shipping the return to Waniya, you will need to inform us within 48 hours starting from when you received the order by hand, by calling Customer Service Department on +92317-2956790 or emailing at waniyastore@gmail.com for the replacement / return / refund to be processed. If approved, you may ship your item to Waniya for refund / replacement / return.
• All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse and if we found that the articles are washed, used, damaged or not in original state then we will not consider the item for return / replace / refund / exchange.
• We will not consider the refund / replacement / return if customer sends it without notifying Waniya E-Store by calling and by sending an e-mail to the Customer Services.
• The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for return / replacement / refund / exchange to be processed.
• Customer will have to bear the shipment charges in case of return.
• Sale items cannot be refunded / exchanged / replaced / returned.
